FEE SCHEDULE
Important Notes:
- Sliding Scale: Rates are built on a sliding scale based on organization size and budget; organizations that are able to pay the rate at the higher end of the scale allow Lambda Archives to offer pro bono presentations and workshops.
- Tailored and Customizable Rates: All services are customizable, with tiered rates based on organization size and capacity. Rates may be negotiable; when possible, Lambda Archives is happy to work with organizations to negotiate an appropriate fee structure for both parties.
- Preparation of Materials: These fees reflect both creating and providing the training. Services including only the creation of training materials and presentations (i.e. without providing the training) may be available upon request.
- Attendee Limits:
- In-Person Presentations: In the interest of impact and interactivity, each in-person presentation is capped at 50 attendees. Additional fees may apply for a higher number of attendees.
- Virtual & Hybrid Presentations: There is no attendance limit for virtual presentations, or for virtual attendees of hybrid presentations. Where appropriate, we will work with clients to determine appropriate capacity for virtual presentations.
Special thanks to Grounded Liberation Consulting & Strategies for their assistance with creating this model for Lambda Archives!
